Payment Methods: All transactions must be made through a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Sending from or to third-party accounts is not permitted.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed. Your original deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time, but doing so will cancel the active bonus.
Transaction processing times vary by payment method. Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically take 2–5 minutes, while withdrawals are usually completed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If Cash Out is available, you can use it to partially or fully exit a bet.

Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and when it is processed, the system will show you the updated odds and ask you to accept or cancel.
Cancelled & Postponed Matches: If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned to your balance. In a parlay, if one event is cancelled, the payout will be calculated using the odds of the remaining events.
If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bet Gaming reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake. No additional payout will be issued in such cases.
Bet Gaming offers welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be communicated before the bonus is issued.
Welcome Bonus: New registrants receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. Once the bonus is credited, you must wager a total of 5x the combined amount (deposit + bonus) before making a withdrawal.
Wagering Requirement: To cash out bonus funds, you must wager a specified number of times — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place at least ৳5,000 in bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.
Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that period, the bonus will be removed from your account.
Bonus abuse — such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or intentionally losing bets to qualify for promotions — is strictly prohibited by Bet Gaming. If detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Bet Gaming reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. If you have already opted into an ongoing bonus, it will remain valid until its expiry date.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance (funds where wagering has been completed) will be returned.
